Why Skinblossom? What makes us unique?

We understand that not all skin is equal. Some skincare products will do wonders to one person but nothing to another, and it can become a real challenge to find a product that is right for you. For that reason, we decided to formulate unique blends of effective and popular skin-loving ingredients that help target several skin conditions & imperfections such as brightening, smoothing, firming, and purifying the skin. Our formulas also focus on preventing and protecting the skin from premature aging, hyperpigmentation and keep acne breakouts under control.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Our products are suitable for all skin types. Due to the potency of some of our products, if you have dry or sensitive skin we highly recommend you start using them on alternate days and increase accordingly until your skin adapts to daily use and follow with a moisturizer.

If you have sensitive or reactive skin, we suggest you do a patch test on your inner elbow before using and allow 24 hours to see if any sensitivity or reaction occurs. If an allergic reaction occurs, wash off the product completely and discontinue use.

In some cases, you may experience skin purging or dryness in the first weeks of use until your skin adapts. Skin purging is a normal reaction to a specific ingredient that triggers cell turnover, causing your skin to exfoliate and bring congestion to the surface which eventually clears away in a few days to a week.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant/nursing?

Most of our products are safe to use while pregnant/nursing, unless otherwise specified. We strongly recommend that you review our ingredients list with your physician to determine if they work with your pregnancy plan. You can easily locate our full ingredients list in the product description section on this website as well as on the packaging of our products.

How long are the products good for?

Our products are good for up to 12 months after opening them for the first time.

How should I store my products so that they last as long as possible?

We recommend storing Skinblossom® products in cool, dry places and avoiding sun exposure.

Do You Test On Animals?

No, we are proud to be a PETA certified cruelty-free skincare brand. This reflects not only on our love and commitment with our furry friends but also with the whole environment. We seek to ensure that all raw-materials and services sourced are sustainable and ethically produced. We do not do business with suppliers that harm animals for testing purposes and we request statements from each and every supplier to ensure that no animal testing has been done to the raw materials.

Is This A Clean/Green Skincare Brand?

We understand some are conscious about using only clean/green beauty, while others don’t mind if products contain some synthetic ingredients.

Our goal is to offer options that will meet everyone's lifestyle habits and preferences.

All of our products that are formulated with only clean/green ingredients will be labeled accordingly, so you don’t have to worry about what you are applying to your skin. We opt for innovative and safe preservatives.

Our products are mostly fragranced by using essential oils, fruit, flower, plant extracts and safe fragrances. We aim to stay away from unsafe artificial fragrances and eventually offer fragrance-free options for those who are sensitive to fragrances.

How Soon Will My Order Be Shipped?

In-stock orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, unless there is a delay due to holidays and/or weather conditions. We do not ship on holidays and weekends. General delivery times can vary, depending on location and availability of your local carrier.

Do You Accept Returns?

We currently only accept returns of unopened items within 30 days from date of purchase. Since we are a small business, we do not accept returns/refunds of opened items unless in cases of allergic reactions. If you had an allergic reaction to the product, please discontinue use immediately, contact us with a photo attached and we will get that taken care of for you. If you received a damaged/defective product, we will replace your item free of charge.

Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: USA (free standard shipping on all orders), UK & AUSTRALIA. We are working on offering international shipping to other countries as well.

Domestic Shipping: All orders are shipped free via USPS. In-stock orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, unless there is a delay due to holidays and/or weather conditions. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update. We do not ship on holidays and weekends. Skinblossom INC will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Orders that are over US $100 may have a signature required at delivery. Except in the case of Express Mail, which has a guaranteed delivery date of 1-2 days (depending on delivery location) we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date. General delivery times can vary, depending on location and availability of your local USPS carrier. With the closure of many USPS sorting centers nationwide, delays are to be expected occasionally.

International Shipping: UK & AUSTRALIA. We are working on offering international shipping to other countries as well. All orders are shipped via USPS or DHL EXPRESS. In-stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, unless a delay is otherwise noted on the website home page, or if the order is being held for insufficient address. International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total size, weight, and value of the contents of the package. Skinblossom INC reserves the right to refuse sale and shipment to any country or client for any reason. Reasons a sale may be refused is if there have been unsuccessful attempts at delivery to that client or location before, if the shipping location is an area we prefer not to ship to, or if fraud is suspected. Shipping outside the continental U.S. will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, or DHL Express Mail. Please note you will be responsible for any taxes or duties your country collects on imported goods. Delivery speed varies with International shipments, and therefore we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date with any International shipment. Typically, orders are delivered within two weeks to most areas, but can take up to eight weeks if there are delays with the buyer’s local postal service or if there are delays in Customs. Skinblossom INC will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days from date of purchase to return.
